Modular transitional housing designed with 20 units comprising of studio to 4 bedroom units. Built out of BoxPod and OPod units over three floors with a basement carpark, the building is planned with a central zen garden that brings peace and community to the project. The modular architecture design allows for terraces and balconies to be shared between residents, and makes the building fit in to the neighbourhood.
