Masterplan for mass transitional housing with over 2000 units of modular housing units utilising OPod and BoxPod units at the heart of the city that can house over 10,000 people in a transitional urban district. The master plan utilises spaces under the Skytrain as well as open spaces that are planned with place making potential for community and social activities to build cultural cohesion and good public spaces.
