Modular transitional housing designed with 20 units comprising of BoxPod and OPod units over two floors on a corner urban plot opposite Stanley Park. The modular architecture allows for fast and adaptable construction to provide shelter for the homeless, acting as transitional housing that can be relocated subsequently and reused.
