Appointment and Venue Terms & Conditions

1. Our Service

• We provide services by appointment. Please make an appointment through our website at least 3 days in advance.
• All rental items can only be used in our venue and cannot be taken away from our venue.
• Children under or the age of 12 must be accompanied by their parent(s) to use our venue or services. Children will be charged the same price as adults.

2. Appointment 

• Please make an appointment through our website at least 3 days in advance. A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is register.
• All appointments are requested to complete the payment within 24 hours to ensure we can reserve the venue and rental products.
• Please present the confirmation email on the day of attendance or redemption.

3. Payment Methods

• We currently accept PayPal.
• Please contact us if you have any problems with payment.

4. Revise Appointment

• Please notify us through WhatsApp 24 hours before if any change of the reservation or appointment whether the date, time, or product etc.
• You can extend the reserved date once, and the rescheduled date must be redeemed within one month.
• You can modify your appointment or reservation once. 
• In case of dispute, the decision of You2 Creative shall be final.

5. Cancellation 

• All appointments or reservations are non-refundable. If the cancellation is made 24 hours before the appointment, we can reschedule the date or time once and redeem it within one month; or use for purchasing or booking another event.
• In case of dispute, the decision of You2 Creative shall be final.

6. Site Notes

• Respect other users, please follow our instructions, and keep our site clean.
• Eating and drinking are not allowed in our site.
• Users are not allowed to bring pets into our site.
• Users should be considerate of others and not occupy or obstruct public space within the site in any way or prevent others from using our space.
• Users shall not use our site for gambling or any other illegal or unethical conduct or any conduct or activity that causes nuisance, discomfort, inconvenience, loss or danger to other users.
• Users are responsible for maintaining our fixtures, furniture, and equipment in good condition.
• If our site of the doors and windows, fixed facilities, furniture equipment, etc are damaged, it needs to be responsible for the relevant maintenance to restore the original state or compensate for the relevant maintenance costs and compensate for the corresponding losses caused by the damage.
• To protect public health, our site and the entire building are designated as non-smoking areas. Users are not allowed to smoke, carry lit cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars and pipes in our site and building.
• Users are responsible for their personal belongings. You2 Creative is not responsible for any loss.
• If any personal items or belongings are left on our site, You2 Creative reserves the right to remove and dispose of the items and the items will not be returned.
• The using terms of our site are not only specified and included in these terms, but it also subjects to the relevant terms of conduct stipulated in the building.

7. Site Damage Clause

• Users are responsible for maintaining our fixtures, furniture, and equipment in good condition.
• If our site of the doors and windows, fixed facilities, furniture equipment, etc are damaged, it needs to be responsible for the relevant maintenance to restore the original state or compensate for the relevant maintenance costs and compensate for the corresponding losses caused by the damage.
• The fees shall be subject to the latest published amounts by You2 Creative.
