Modular transitional housing designed with a combination of  BoxPod and OPod units over three – four floors as part of  homelessness relief housing. The building is flexible and can have modular units added or removed in order to meet the needs of the community. Situated in the heart of the city, the building occupies a narrow alley way, showing the potential of our modular design to activate the under utilised spaces in a city.
