Large modular transitional housing project at the heart of the city to bring over 300 units of fast housing units to relief homelessness for sheltering over 1000 people. Planned over three separate sites, the project has three phases, with the first phase designed as a cloister community centred on a significant place making space. Utilising BoxPod and OPod units stacked over three levels, the project is built quickly and can be adapted over time by stacking more or less modular units. Larger BoxPod units accommodates families, smaller OPod units accommodates singletons and single parent families. Communal facilities including kitchens, laundrettes, bike storage, workshops, clinics are provided in BoxPod modular units spread around the project to provide services and support to the community.
