Designed with a human centric principle, the tower seeks to reinvent the typical typology of a residential high rise by inserting villas with skygardens into the body of the tower.

The result is a hybrid residential high rise with gardens both private and communal at different heights of the structure.

The tower is modern and high tech yet human in scale.
