An integrated casino, hotel, office development of a million sq.ft located on Tai Pa Island in Macau is designed out of a revitalisation of the New Century Hotel building, integrated with floating iconic glass bubbles, new casino halls and grand arrival driveway. A 200m tall commercial office tower is designed to be a second phase addition to the overall complex.
