A 48,000 sq.ft high rise residence for one extended family composed of 4 families is an innovative tower composed of 4 unique stacked independent multi story villas designed uniquely for each family with individual preferences for pools, decks, gardens and views. A single water fall flows from the top of the building and meanders through the spine of the tower both an a symbol of the connectedness of family but also as a cooling stack for the natural ventilation through the building. A solar sail covers the western elevation of the structure incorporating both solar energy panels and green canopy to shade the tower. Cars are parked in a multi storey vertical car parking block and cars can access all floors of the building.
