IOT (Innovate Our Tomorrow) by HKT concept store is a 5200 sq.ft retail space designed to showcase, demonstrate, sell the latest technology lifestyle products and services related to smart homes, smart health, smart mobility, smart entertainment and smart devices. Organised in 4 zones that cover the areas of innovation, mobiles, internet of things, smart living, and each space is crafted out of wood to create a warm and cozy environment for customers to engage with innovative products. 2 glass showcases with electoylic glass frontages cater for changing exhibits and settings by designers to illustrate new products. A large premium members lounge allows its space to be open or closed with a moving glass partittion wall for hosting events and parties. The design is a sensuous use of wood made from details such as wooden pipes that creates a curved enveloping wall that runs the entire length of the wall. The is the use of projection on products to create video mapping effects, as well as multimedia screen in the form of timber picture frames integrated into the product displays.
